6. Understanding the Games

By playing, the player confirms that they understand the rules of the games they choose. It is also the player’s responsibility to check the payout percentage or other game information where relevant.

7. Responsibility and Service Limitations

  1. Gambling involves the possibility of financial loss. The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from a player’s decision to gamble on the website.
  2. Reasonable measures are used to protect personal information against unauthorised access. Data may nevertheless be shared with parties involved in delivering gambling services. The handling of information by independent software providers, affiliates or other third parties is subject to their own applicable policies and conditions.
  3. The Company is not responsible for issues caused by the player’s hardware, software, internet connection or other technical conditions outside the website’s control.
  4. If a wager or payment is accepted or processed incorrectly, the Company may cancel affected wagers or settle them again using the terms that should have applied when the wager was originally placed.
  5. If money, a bonus or winnings are credited to an account by mistake, those funds remain the property of the Casino and may be removed from the account. If incorrectly credited funds have already been withdrawn, the amount may be treated as a debt owed to the Casino. A player who becomes aware of an incorrect credit must inform the Casino without delay.
  6. The Casino, its directors, employees, partners and service providers do not guarantee that:
    • the software or website will be suitable for every intended purpose; the website or software will always be free of errors; games and website features will always be available without interruption.
    • They are not responsible for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other losses, costs or expenses arising from use of the website or participation in games.
  7. The player agrees to indemnify the Casino, its directors, employees, partners and service providers against costs, damages, claims, losses or liabilities arising in connection with the player’s use of the website or participation in games.
  8. The Casino determines whether a breach of its rules has occurred where such a decision may result in temporary suspension or permanent exclusion from the website.

8. Personal Account Rules

  1. Each player may operate only one personal account per residential address, household, IP address and computer. Multiple accounts may be closed and associated payouts may be cancelled at the Casino’s discretion. Login access must not be shared with another person, including a minor.
  2. Returns, bonuses or winnings generated while a duplicate account was active may be removed. Funds already withdrawn from a duplicate account may also be reclaimed.
  3. Player accounts are intended for personal use and must not be used as a commercial service or for unrelated commercial activity.
  4. The Casino may contact a player using the telephone number registered on the account as part of KYC verification. Withdrawals may remain suspended until verification has been completed. If the Casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account may be locked because verification could not be completed.

9. Fraud Prevention and Fair Use

The Casino applies anti-fraud controls. Activity considered fraudulent may include, but is not limited to:

  • collusion with other players;
  • strategies designed to obtain winnings dishonestly;
  • fraud involving other gambling operators or payment providers;
  • credit-card chargebacks or denial of authorised payments;
  • other forms of cheating;
  • submission of falsified documents;
  • creation of two or more accounts;
  • circumstances where the player is known to have been declared bankrupt in their country of residence.

If such activity is suspected, the Casino may terminate the account and suspend or cancel payouts. Where required or considered appropriate, relevant regulatory authorities may also be informed.

The Casino may close a player account and return the remaining balance after applicable withdrawal charges, at its discretion and without being required to provide advance notice or a reason.

Promotion Abuse

Attempts to exploit welcome offers or other promotions may result in bonuses and winnings associated with those bonuses being cancelled. Examples include:

  • use of stolen payment cards;
  • chargebacks;
  • opening multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits;
  • providing false registration information;
  • submitting forged documentation;
  • other activity that may cause harm to the Casino;
  • low-risk roulette play where equal stakes are placed on black/red or even/odd in a way that covers 25 or more of the 37 numbers on the table.

Payments may be held where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of manipulation of the Casino system. Attempts to manipulate the system may also lead to legal action. Games and events offered through the website may be changed or discontinued.

A player who discovers a software error or incomplete functionality must not take advantage of it and should report it immediately. Failure to do so may make the player responsible for costs or losses connected with the error and the failure to report it.

Deposit Turnover

Each deposit must normally be wagered at least once before funds linked to that deposit become available for withdrawal. Where several deposits have been made without gameplay, the combined value of those deposits must be wagered before withdrawal.

If money laundering or other fraudulent activity is suspected, the Casino may require deposited funds to be wagered at least three times.

Verification Documents

Identity documents, payment documentation, utility bills and similar verification materials may be required in Latin or Cyrillic characters. If a player cannot provide documents using these alphabets, the Casino may request video verification during which the player displays the relevant documents.

The Casino is not a financial institution. Account balances do not earn interest and the platform does not provide currency conversion or fiat-to-crypto exchange services.

10. Funding a Player Account

  1. Players can contact the support team to check which payment methods are available or suitable for their country of residence.
  2. Third-party payments are not accepted. Deposits must come from a bank account, card, e-wallet or another payment instrument registered in the player’s own name. If a security check confirms that third-party funds were used, winnings may be confiscated and the initial deposit returned to the owner of the payment method. The Company is not responsible for funds lost through third-party payment accounts.
  3. The standard minimum deposit is 20 EUR or the equivalent amount in another supported currency. Maximum deposit amounts depend on the selected payment method and are displayed during payment.
  4. Because of the way cryptocurrency transactions are processed, deposit limits cannot be applied to deposits made through the Cryptoprocessing system. Players who wish to restrict gambling deposits should use another available payment option.

11. Cashout Conditions

Minimum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is:

  • 20 EUR/USD;
  • 200 NOK;
  • 30 CAD/AUD/NZD;
  • 90 PLN;
  • 1,500 RUB;
  • 2,400 JPY;
  • 140 BRL;
  • 0.002 BTC;
  • 0.007 ETH;
  • 0.066 LTC;
  • 0.017 BCH;
  • 40 DOG;
  • 20 USDT.

The maximum amount available for a single withdrawal depends on the chosen payment method and is shown during the withdrawal process. If the requested amount exceeds a payment provider’s limit, it may be processed in several instalments.

Verification Before Payment

The Casino may verify a player’s identity before releasing a payout and may keep a withdrawal or refund pending for the time required to complete those checks. False or incomplete personal information may lead to a rejected withdrawal and closure of the player account. Where required, the matter may also be reported to the relevant regulatory bodies.

Card Payments

The website supports Visa Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard Payment Transfer where available. The relevant card must not be a corporate card and must have been issued in a supported country.

Card processing cannot be guaranteed even in supported countries because an issuing bank may independently reject or block a gambling-related transaction.

The Casino may use a different payout method from the method originally selected by the player where this is necessary.

Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 0 to 24 hours depending on the selected payment method. Certain web wallets may require up to one additional day to complete processing.

Bonus Withdrawal Limit

The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from a sign-up free spins bonus is 50 EUR/USD, 500 NOK, 75 CAD/AUD/NZD, 200 PLN, 3,750 or 300 BRL, depending on the relevant account currency.

Mystery Drops Limits

Mystery Drops prizes are not progressive jackpots and are subject to withdrawal limits. The daily limit is 2,500 EUR/USD or the fiat equivalent, while the monthly limit is 12,000 EUR/USD or the equivalent amount.

Standard Withdrawal Limits

The standard weekly withdrawal limit is 3,000 EUR/USD or its equivalent in another currency, including BTC. The standard monthly limit is 15,000 EUR/USD or its equivalent. Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full.

VIP Withdrawal Limits

VIP Club members have a weekly limit of 5,000 EUR/USD or the equivalent, including BTC, and a monthly limit of 20,000 EUR/USD or the equivalent.

Refunding Card Deposits

Where a player deposited using a credit or debit card and the withdrawal amount is equal to or lower than the amount deposited, the Casino may return the funds to that card. Any amount above the original deposit may be paid through an alternative supported method.

Extended Verification

Where identity checks are required before a payout, a withdrawal may remain pending for up to 72 hours. False personal information may result in cancellation of bets and winnings as well as termination of the player account. The player will be informed if this occurs.

Currency Conversion

The website’s internal operating currency is EUR. When transactions are made in another currency, the amount charged to a card may differ slightly from the amount displayed because of conversion carried out by the player’s bank and/or the payment processor.

USD withdrawals cannot be requested by bank transfer. Bank transfer payouts are generally processed within three working banking days.

Bank transfers may occasionally involve charges imposed by intermediary banks. These charges are outside the Casino’s control and are typically limited to approximately EUR 16.

A Casino account is not a bank account, does not accrue interest and does not provide exchange or conversion services.

Any costs arising during a refund procedure are the responsibility of the player.

12. Accounts with No Activity

A player account may be considered inactive after 12 consecutive months without account activity.

Where an inactive account still contains funds, the Casino may charge a monthly administration fee of 25 EUR or the equivalent in another currency. If the available balance is below this amount, the remaining balance may be charged instead.

The fee may be deducted at the beginning of the month following the date on which the account became inactive and during each subsequent month while inactivity continues. Charges stop once the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again.

13. Time Limit for Claims

Any claim or cause of action connected with these rules or with a service supplied by the Casino must be filed within one year from the date on which the relevant claim or cause of action arose.

14. Returning Funds

  1. A refund request will normally be considered only if it is submitted within 24 hours of the transaction concerned. If a player claims that another person accessed their account, the request may be considered within 30 calendar days.
  2. If an account was funded by credit card, withdrawal requests up to the total value deposited may be processed as refunds against those card transactions. Amounts above the deposited total may be paid using another available method.
  3. Before a refund is calculated, bonuses and winnings held in the account balance are deducted.
  4. If card deposits or withdrawals present an unacceptable security or legal risk in the assessment of the Casino or its payment processors, affected transactions may be refunded to the card and relevant authorities or other appropriate parties may be notified.

15. Resolving Player Complaints

Complaints are initially handled by the support department. A matter may be escalated internally where it cannot be resolved at the first stage, and the player will receive reasonable information about the progress of the complaint.

Only the person who owns the relevant player account may bring a complaint. A complaint cannot be assigned, transferred, sold or otherwise handed to another party.

A complaint may be rejected where a third party attempts to pursue the matter instead of the original account holder.

In a dispute, the Casino’s server logs and system records are used as the authoritative record. If information displayed on a player’s screen differs from the result recorded by the game server, the server record will prevail.

The Casino may use the contact information stored in the player account when communication is required in connection with a dispute.

16. Rights Cannot Be Transferred

A player may not assign, pledge or otherwise transfer claims arising from these rules, use of the website or participation in games without the Casino’s consent.

This restriction is intended as a non-transferability clause under Article 83, Paragraph 3.4 of Book 3 of the Civil Code. It covers assets or rights of value connected with the player account, including accounts, deposits, winnings, bets and related legal or commercial claims.

The restriction also applies to pledging, assigning, brokering, trading, encumbering, hypothecating, granting usufruct over or gifting such rights or assets through a fiduciary, company, individual, legal entity or other third party.
